How to use vision plus nabhi oil

Now apply 4 drops of nabhi oil in your belly button.  

1. After applying nabhi oil in your belly button try to keep it for 30-40 minutes you can keep it minimum 20-25 minutes.
2. After the duration now massage the excess oil around your nabhi in a circular motion and leave it over-night.

How to consume triphaladi dhrutam

Consume 2 TBSP at night before bed. So, consume 3 tablets of shadang gugglu tablets, 2 tbsp of thriphaladi dhrutam and then drink 1 cup of jaggery water.

How to use Shrung varadi nasya tailam

Have to use twice a day (one after shower morning and one before bed)

1. Apply 2 drops in each nostril and leave it for 5 minutes and allow it to penetrate keep normal breathing

Note: Do not sniff up keep regular breathing

How to make Jaggery water

• Take 5 grams of jaggery powder or granules in 1 cup of warm water and mix it well. And make sure all the particles get well dissolved in the water and then its ready for consumption
