Step: 1 Lay down in a straight position and to make sure your head is in tilted position.  Step: 2 Apply 2 drops of Abhijeet nasaya tailam in each nostril and leave it for 10 minutes and allow it to penetrate keep normal breathing

Note: Do not sniff up or deep breathe only keep regular breathing
